The Opportunity We’re working with a well-regarded law firm based on Brisbane’s Southside that’s looking to welcome a Conveyancing Paralegal to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s confident running residential conveyancing files autonomously and looking for long-term stability and flexibility. While the office is located in Eight Mile Plains, the firm is happy to offer a fully remote or hybrid working arrangement for the right person once training is complete. What You'll Be Doing Managing your own files from initial instruction through to settlement (around 30–35 matters monthly) Drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing settlement statements, and handling PEXA settlements Liaising with a range of parties including clients, brokers, banks, and other solicitors Handling searches, conditions, and general day-to-day file work Occasionally assisting on commercial and off-the-plan transactions What We’re Looking For At least 2 years’ experience handling QLD residential conveyancing matters end-to-end Fluent Mandarin language skills – written and verbal – to support a diverse client base Experience using Actionstep (or similar conveyancing software) is desirable Strong communication, time management, and file-handling skills Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision What’s on Offer 80-95K base plus super Flexibility to work fully remote or in-office/hybrid depending on your experience Supportive team environment with quality systems and processes already in place How to Apply Click the ‘Apply’ button or send your CV (Word format) directly to nadine@tailoredrecruitment.com.au.
